COMPANY POLICIES/GUIDELINES
*Based on venue size, half price fee for alcohol consumption to Royal Empire Records staff with water being free. This is required upon signature of "Contract to Perform".
*All venues will be given copies of promotional flyers prior to release for approval.
*Based on venue size, Royal Empire Records will be granted 5-10 VIP passes. Not to exceed 10.
*Based on venue size, Royal Empire Records will distribute (by means of raffle or sale) company merchandise such as shirts, CD's, hats, or other promotional items.
*All Royal Empire Records staff will be identified by comany badges. No other personnel should be allowed entrance or rendered special treatment without badge identification.
*Staff to include (2) Producers, (2) Photographers (camera & film), (2) Security personnel, (2) Public Relations personnel, and (2) Artwork & Graphic Designers.
Note: At smaller venues, staff will be lesser than the above mentioned, and may be increased for larger venues.
******For all other events such as HOUSE PARTIES, FRAT PARTIES, BIRTHDAYS PARTIES, SCHOOL PERFORMANCES, etc., Royal Empire Records will negotiate prices other than that metioned above. Please contact us and we will gladly negotionate these prices. YES, Royal Empire Records participates in charitable events at our cost!
